Sponsorship, without the email thread

Back a student club. See exactly what it did.

Student associations run the nights, the career fairs and the Friday bars that people actually turn up to. Sponsoring one has always meant a PDF, an invoice and a promise. This is the same deal with the paperwork, the payment and the proof in one place.

What you get

Proof, not a promise

After the event you get a verified reach report drawn from real check-ins. Aggregate only, never a member list, and a group is only shown once it is large enough that nobody in it can be identified.

At least 80% reaches the club

On a deal we introduce, the club keeps at least four kroner in five. That floor is not a policy we describe, it is a constraint the database refuses to break.

One room, start to finish

The offer, the conversation, the agreement, the signature, the payment and the report all live on the deal. Nothing important is in somebody's inbox.

Signed before it is paid

Payment cannot open until the agreement carries both signatures. You are never asked to transfer money against a handshake.

How a sponsorship runs

  1. 1

    The club offers

You get the terms in writing: what you are buying, what it costs, what the club nets.

  2. 2

    You accept

Price and content are fixed at this point. Decline costs nothing and says so plainly.

  3. 3

    Both sides sign

The agreement is generated from the deal itself, so the paper and the terms cannot drift apart.

  4. 4

    You pay once

The club is paid out after the event, so the money follows the delivery.

  5. 5

    You get the report

Verified attendance, in aggregate, on the same page as everything else.

What we will never do

A sponsorship should not cost a student their privacy. These are limits in the product, not promises in a policy.

  • No member lists, ever. Not for sale, not on request.
  • No employer branding in the student feed. Your presence is on the event you backed.
  • No names in any report. Only groups large enough to hide an individual.
  • Students always see a sponsorship labelled as one.
